As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, we want to reassure you that we’re taking precautions to keep our customers and employees safe. In following with our Federal Government’s recommendations, some staff will be working from home to help with social isolation as well as some of our office will be operating with reduced hours.

Effective Friday, November 20, 2020 all clients attending our office in person will be required to wear a mask. This is an order from the Provincial Health Officer, Dr. Bonnie Henry.

We are still taking clients on a first come, first serve basis-Monday through Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm. We have a limit of 2 clients in the office at one time.

If you want to book a knowledge test, please call 250-368-9188 and leave your name and phone number so we can get back to you.

While waiting outside for service, please practice social distancing and be kind to one another!

Please do not visit our offices if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms (mild or severe):
• Fever
• Cough
• Difficulty breathing/shortness of breath
• Have traveled to any area with an ongoing spread of COVID-19
• Live with someone who recently traveled to an area with an ongoing spread of COVID-19
• Have been in contact with someone known to have COVID-19 or experiencing symptoms similar to the Flu or COVID-19

Our employees have been advised to maintain recommended social distance, and follow proper hygiene protocols including no direct physical contact. We are committed in ensuring that public health & safety comes first and will do our part to help mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
